All epoxy orders will receive free Within three days Delivery to the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

• Orders placed by 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day; excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, will ship the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from Amazon's fulfillment centers in the United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Free shipping orders are shipped via Amazon Ground Delivery.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection reimburses the full value of lost or damaged goods quickly and without the need to file a claim with FedEx. You have the option to toggle Shipping Protection On or Off. It is on by default. If you choose to turn it off, we are not liable for any and all lost or damaged packages.

Our shipping protection helps us safeguard you from uncontrollable factors during the shipping process.

Please note: Orders that have opted out of shipping protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost or damaged packages.

Canceled orders

Orders that are canceled immediately after being placed or before fulfillment starts are subject to a 3.1% transaction fee.

Orders that are canceled after fulfillment begins are subject to a 15% re-processing fee to cover the time and expense of restocking, canceling the order, and issuing a refund.

Returns

While we take pride in the quality of our epoxy resin kits, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bond Craftor experience, and we are here to assist you with any returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or defective epoxy resin kit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than damage or defect, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

It is important to note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or custom orders. Please refer to our product descriptions or contact our customer support team for more information.

Step 2: You will receive an email with the return instructions and a return shipping label with the return address within 2 business days of your request.

Step 3: Please pack the return shipping label together with the item(s) in the original Bond Craftor packaging in the parcel. Or repackage your item(s) but if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure that it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible.

Step 4: Please send the item you wish to return to the address on the return shipping label within 5 days.
