1.How to deal with bubbles generated during glue mixing?

Generally speaking, it is relatively difficult to defoam Epoxy resin 1:1. There are some details before stirring that can help you eliminate bubbles, such as ① Preheating: Preheat the glue to 40-50℃ before stirring to make it thinner. ② Technique: Stir the glue slowly and keep stirring clockwise. The speed should be reduced during stirring to avoid rapid stirring and carrying a large number of air bubbles. ③ Equipment: If conditions permit, try to use a vacuum device to remove the bubbles after stirring. This will have the best effect. ④ Fire baking: After dripping the glue, you can use a lighter or a fire gun to defoam quickly and effectively.

3.White chunks have built up in my Resin (A) bottle, is this normal?

First, no problem! It can be fixed easily. This is called crystallization, a fairly rare phenomenon which can happen to any epoxy resin product. Before using an epoxy product, always inspect the bottom of the Resin (A) bottle for crystals (white-looking chunks). If present, it's easy to fix: place the bottle in the warmest sink water, a few inches deep, for about 30-60m, keeping the water hot throughout and shaking the bottle occasionally. The chunks will dissolve back to their original liquid chemistry, and the product can then be used normally once it comes back down to room temperature.
