Free Two-Day Delivery

All epoxy orders will receive free Two-Day Delivery to the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

• Orders placed by 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day; excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, will ship the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from Amazon's fulfillment centers in the United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Free shipping orders are shipped via Amazon Ground Delivery.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection reimburses the full value of lost or damaged goods quickly and without the need to file a claim with FedEx. You have the option to toggle Shipping Protection On or Off. It is on by default. If you choose to turn it off, we are not liable for any and all lost or damaged packages.

Our shipping protection helps us safeguard you from uncontrollable factors during the shipping process.

Please note: Orders that have opted out of shipping protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost or damaged packages.

Late Shipments

The Insured Shipping Protection is not a guarantee for the Two-Day Delivery. While delays in transit are rare, any uncontrollable factors that may occur while your order is in transit are not covered by the insurance.

Shipping Protection does not expedite delivery times. If you wish to utilize overnight shipping or any other express shipment options, you will need to contact us prior to placing your order to have the additional shipping costs included with your order.

Canceled orders

Orders that are canceled immediately after being placed or before fulfillment starts are subject to a 3.1% transaction fee.

Orders that are canceled after fulfillment begins are subject to a 15% re-processing fee to cover the time and expense of restocking, canceling the order, and issuing a refund.

Returns

The federal classification of epoxy resin is as a liquid polymer. Due to this, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final, and there are no exceptions to this policy. Any items shipped to our address will not be accepted, as this location does NOT receive mail or packages.
