Bond Craftor 15A Liquid Silicone Rubber is a soft, flexible mold-making silicone designed for detailed casting and easy demolding. Its low-viscosity formula flows smoothly into fine textures and intricate details, this silicone helps makers create reusable molds with clean detail reproduction and reliable flexibility.

Key Features

[15A Platimue Silicone]: 15A is the most suitable hardness for making various molds. Delicate liquid can easily replicate the texture details of the master mold, professionally used for mold making.

[Premium Material]: Adopting non-toxic and odorless formula, safe and environmentally friendly. Adding defoamers, the bubbles in liquid silicone will automatically disappear without the need for vacuum degassing. Small molecular gaps, lower release, and easier demolding.

[Easy To Use]: Measure A and B in the ratio 1:1 by weight, or by capacity (slight differences in the hardness of the mold). After stirring thoroughly for 3-5 minutes, slowly pour into the container and it cures at room temperature (73.4 ℉/25 ℃) for 4-6 hours. The size and thickness of the mold also affect the curing time.

[Flexible & Durable]: Liquid silicone has good fluidity and maintains elasticity between 65-250 ℃. Selected high-quality raw materials, with good flexibility and tear resistance after curing, not easily deformed, and high reuse rate.

15A Two-Component Liquid Silicone Rubber Simple 1:1 Mix

Bond Craftor 15A liquid silicone rubber is a semi-transparent, platinum-catalyzed (addition-cure) two-component system formulated for pour-molding applications that require soft texture, good rebound, and a comfortable hand feel — with a hardness close to soft rubber at 15 Shore A.

Silicone mold making with this 15A liquid silicone rubber is straightforward: combine Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume, with a 30-minute working window at 25°C. It fully cures at room temperature in approximately 4 hours — heating can be used to accelerate cure. Low viscosity and good flowability allow accurate replication of fine surface detail and complex shapes.
