The Bond Craftor UV Resin Kit is easy to use for making resin jewelry and mixes well with other brands of clear resin. I really like the variety of colorsits perfect for resin hobbies. It cures quickly under an LED light, usually within 2C3 minutes. The resin has a low odor and cures with minimal bubbles, just as advertised. Overall, this is a good-quality set.
This UV resin is great! The sizes are a little small, but I haven't found any that aren't. The colors are nice, too. Most UV resins are transparent, and it's hard to find ones that aren't. The odor is not particularly strong to me. They cure fast, so you're not waiting forever for them to dry. So far, the items that I've made seem very durable. I would say this kit is a fair value for your money, and I would recommend it to others. And would buy again myself.
I decided to try my hand at making some resin-filled jewelry pendants and rings. Previously I'd been mixing my own colors, but I had trouble getting a perfect color match when going back and forth between different projects. This pre-tinted resin is great for getting perfect color each time. The resin cures with a normal UV light (or sunlight) and dried/set-up nice and hard. Works great, good price and good color variety as well.
My 10 year-old has been doing a lot of UV resin projects, and this was just right for her. She has used this colored resin for a variety of things so far, from earrings and other small jewelry items, to a few larger display pieces. The colors are good, and cure well after exposure to the UV light. She hasn't had any issues with them beyond the ones she would normally have because of a lack of experience (she's still learning). This was a great item and once she runs out I'll probably be back to get another box to resupply her stock.
This is a good basic colored resin set if you want a lot of opaque shades ready to go for jewelry, crafts, or little DIY projects. I liked that the bottles give you a range of colors to experiment with instead of being stuck mixing everything from scratch. The opaque finish is especially nice if you want bolder color payoff rather than translucent or glassy looks. It makes the most sense for people who already know they want to do UV resin projects, but for that, it gives you a lot to work with.
