Engineered for garage floors, workshops, and commercial spaces, Bond Craftor Grey Floor Epoxy delivers a seamless, high-gloss finish that bonds directly to bare concrete. The two-part 2A:1B system self-levels on application, leaving a smooth, professional surface that resists hot tires, chemical spills, and heavy foot traffic for years.

Why Grey — Not Clear, Not Paint

Solid grey hides minor surface imperfections, oil shadows, and concrete discoloration that clear epoxy would expose. Unlike floor paint, this is a true two-part epoxy that chemically bonds to the slab — not a surface coating that sits on top and eventually peels. The grey pigment is mixed directly into Part A, so color is uniform throughout the cured layer, not just on the surface.

Rough or heavily porous concrete absorbs more material. Add 10–15% to your estimate if your slab is older, unsealed, or hasn't been previously coated.

Before You Apply — Surface Prep is Everything

Epoxy doesn't fix dirty concrete — it locks it in. The slab must be:
  • Free of oil, grease, dust, and any peeling existing coatings
  • Opened via acid etching or mechanical diamond grinding — this creates the pore structure epoxy bonds to
  • Completely dry — if water beads on the surface, prep is not complete
  • Crack-filled — patch any cracks wider than a hairline before coating

How To Coat Garage Floor Epoxy

With clear instructions and a user-friendly formula, you can achieve professional results with your epoxy floor coating — no experience needed.
Grind & Prepare the Concrete

Remove surface grease and other impurities, repair cracks — the key first step for any epoxy coating for concrete floors.

Apply Epoxy Base Coat

Roll on the mixed epoxy evenly across the floor. The coating begins to self-level, creating a smooth and seamless base layer.

Broadcast Flakes for Texture

Before the epoxy cures, evenly epoxy floor flakes over the surface.Once cured, sweep away any excess flakes.

Seal with Clear Topcoat

Finish with a protective layer using a clear epoxy floor coating to lock in durability and enhance the final gloss.
