I do a fair amount of resin work (woodturning blanks, inlays, etc.), and this epoxy resin from Bond Crafter is decent. It isn't the best I've used, but it works well enough.
This resin is mixed by volume and has a similar smell to other epoxy resins. The smell isn't terrible or overwhelming. The kit comes with a variety of colored powders and dyes to get you started. It also comes with some mixing materials, although the measuring cups should be thrown away immediately. These are very cheap and crumple just by looking at them.
I have not needed to use my pressure pot with this resin, but I do periodically run a small torch over it to release bubbles.
My only disappointment is it remained slightly tacky for the first few days before fully hardening. I mixed it properly as Im no stranger to this process. Once hardened however, it machines just like other resins.
Overall, this isn't a bad resin, but it is not my favorite.
