Shipping Origin
Most orders are shipped from our local warehouse in California. Depending on product availability, order contents, and delivery destination, some orders may ship from another fulfillment location within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $30
We offer free economy shipping on eligible small and medium-sized product orders of $30 or more within our supported U.S. delivery areas.
The $30 minimum is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes. Oversized products and promotional products may have different shipping rates or free-shipping thresholds. The shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times displayed at checkout will apply to your order.

Promotional Products
Promotional products may have special shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, or delivery options based on the applicable promotion.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, eligible promotional products qualify for free economy shipping on orders of $20 or more. Economy shipping costs $2.99 for promotional orders below $20. Express transport may be available for $6.99.

Important Delivery Information
Estimated delivery times are measured in business days after an order has shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary depending on product size, delivery destination, inventory, carrier availability, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
The shipping method, charge, and estimated delivery time displayed at checkout are the final terms applicable to your order.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing and delivery may take longer during holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection covers the full value of eligible packages that are lost or damaged during transit. This option is selected by default, but you may remove it during checkout.
If you decline Shipping Protection, BondCraftor will not provide compensation or a replacement for packages lost or damaged in transit, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before fulfillment begins are subject to a 3.1% transaction fee.

Orders canceled after fulfillment begins are subject to a 15% reprocessing fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
